Refund policy

Refunds are available to TRBO players based on the guidelines outlined below.


No Cash Refunds & No Refunds after Games have begun

(Includes Jamboree Games)

Refunds prior to the first games in a TRBO season:

Participants may receive account credit, for the amount paid, not including late fee, less a $30.00 administrative fee. If on scholarship, admin fee is reduced.

Exceptions to Policy:

Medical Refund: If a participant sustains an injury during the season and is not allowed to continue per Doctor’s recommendation; a request for refund shall be submitted for review. This request must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note of explanation. An account credit may be issued for a maximum of 50 percent of the fee paid. send requests to

If TRBO cannot place a participant on a team at their school, or a combination with a neighboring school within their High School area; a full refund may be given.

(In this case only, a check or account credit can be issued.)

**This does not include cancellation due to COVID restrictions.

Other Notes to Policy:

No Refunds for most Camps & Clinics (see exceptions above).

Please allow thirty days to process the refund application.

Account Credit is valid for 1 year of issue date

Requests for Team Fee Registration refunds will be submitted for review.

**Cancellation due to COVID or any other state mandated restrictions will be evaluated at time of cancellation

TRBO may issue account credit if season has not begun.
